In the centre of the Le Neubourg you can visit the church of St. Paul, Old castle and juste few steps from the manor the unique museum in the world, Museum of anatomy.
If you like to walk, country side greenway is near. You can go to Evreux, capital of our department or visit medevial castle Harcourt and its splendid arboretum. As well, on the green line, you can ride to Bec-Hellouin, one of the most beautul villages in the France and its famous abbey.
For a one day trip you can visit Rouen, city of hundred
spiers, Giverny and the Monet’s house and garden, Honfleur and its famous old
basin with authentic houses from XVth century, Deauville and its long sand
beaches and as well the D-Day beaches.
Castle Champ de Bataille is only four kilometers away with its magnificent
gardens who were totally refurbish by Jacques Garcia. Golf enthusiasts will
enjoy on a championship course which is in the woods of this historic estate.
Few kilometers away, you can visit more interesting castles like castle Beaumesnil, castle Pinterville or castle Gaillard.
Nearby, you can also stroll to the different markets: Le Neubourg market which is every Wednesday morning, Brionne market on Sunday morning and the market of the fois gras where productors of the fois gras in Normandy take place one Saturday morning in October, November and December.
In Canapeville, near their Arboretum you can visit as well Milk Market observatory everyday from 4pm to 5pm.
As well, in the big garden of 20 ha « Le marché de Pithienville » in Bernienville, you can pick up the fruits and vegetables and ofcourse the flowers of the season.
